    “Modern spacious flat located in walkable distance to the city centre.”

    It would have been helpful to have the flat number and full address for the property as we had to guess which flat door to put the key in. You need to provide your own oven gloves. Kitchen adequately equipped for basic cooking from scratch. The coffee maker is Bosch Tassimo so you have to buy specific pods. It was great to have parking so close to the centre and the car park area was beautifully planted and cared for. Overall a great stay.

Tucked away in a quiet, leafy, residential area of Inverness this city centre apartment is just a 10 minute walk from the main shopping area. There is private off street parking for 2 cars immediately to the front. The accommodation is on the first floor and easily accessed by a light, airy central stairway. Alternatively, use the lift which makes easy work of transporting luggage and shopping. Inverness, the capital city of the Highlands offers a range of delights within easy walking distance. A short circular walk along the banks of the River Ness will take you past Inverness Castle, the Cathedral, Eden Court Theatre and Cinema. Stop along the way at one of the Artisan cafes or restaurants for refreshments and a tasty bite. The centre, which is compact and easily accessible on foot, has a quaint covered 19th century Victorian Market. A little further afield, with a short car drive, are the popular tourist destinations of Loch Ness, Fort George and Culloden Visitors centre. Doing the popular NC500 driving route this is ideally placed to start the journey or to unwind at the end. Popular west coast destinations can be easily reached in just over one hour. This extremely comfortable apartment, ideally situated for a mini break or a longer stay is beautifully appointed throughout. The social space is very flexible either open plan lounge/dining/ kitchen area. Or for a cosy evening in, after a full day exploring, the kitchen can be easily separated by closing the connecting doors. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have ensuite facilities the other has easy access to the large family bathroom.

The Capital of the Highlands, the city of Inverness, is the gateway to the countless delights of the Highlands of Scotland. Towering mountains, dark lochs, great forests and precipitous sea cliffs are all within easy reach. Of particular note is the legendary Loch Ness, which is surrounded by some truly breathtaking scenery, although most visitors are usually on the lookout for something a bit more mysterious! Just outside the city is the Culloden Battlefield at Culloden Moor (National Trust). The site of the last major battle fought on British soil, there is an award-winning display depicting the battle, whilst a walk on the field serves as a poignant reminder of the clansmen who lost their lives. Inverness itself has much to offer, museums, an art gallery, fine theatre and leisure facilities, not to mention shops, pubs and restaurants. The River Ness flows through the city and both the river and neighbouring Moray Firth are home to a diverse range of wildlife and marine life including red kites, along with dolphins, which can sometimes be seen from the shore, or on trips from the harbour.
