“This cottage is a gem of a find!”

Tucked away on a quiet peaceful road in South Boisdale not far from the sea within easy distance to Barra, Eriskay, Benbecula and North Uist. It has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen and every essential required in the bathroom. Tucked away on a quiet peaceful road in South Boisdale not far from the sea within easy distance to Barra, Eriskay, Benbecula and North Uist. The outside belies the interior which is modern, stylish, spotlessly clean with views over the plain and nearby loch. It has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen and every essential required in the bathroom. Our ferry was delayed and we didn't arrive until 9pm and Rona, the owner, was there to give us a warm welcome and a hospitality basket of bread, milk, tea, coffee, shortbread, smoked salmon. There is a good selection of illustrated books which gives you an understanding of the culture and history of the island before you begin to explore. This cottage is perfect for a tranquil and relaxing break and I would most definitely recommend it.
