You may use the online booking service which will take you right through to payment online via SagePay secure server. If you make a reservation in this way the dates will be held for you until we are able to confirm the booking. Please provide accurate details in relation to your booking to avoid any delay. There is no charge for payment by debit card. Credit cards currently incur a 1.65% charge (there will be no charge for credit card payments from 11th December 2017).
Please ensure that the card details, including card type, are accurate as any inaccurate details will cause the payment system to fail. The secure server will match the card type (debit or credit), numbers, name and address before allowing the payment through.

Any booking may be reserved with a 30% deposit
Balances are due 12 weeks prior to arrival
If your booking is within 12 weeks the full amount is required
Dogs are charged at £20 per dog per booking
There is a £12 Booking Fee
We strongly advise that you cover your booking with cancellation insurance. You may already have this through your bank, credit card issuer or annual policy. Check whether you are already covered before purchasing insurance.
Once you have made a booking online you are then liable for the booking. It is expected that you will take out cancellation insurance to protect your booking (see above). However, there is a 48 hour period in which you may change the dates or cancel your booking and you will be refunded any amount paid less any charge incurred.
